Meeting for submitting data to CCI and to MERC for Generating Plants

Meeting chaired by Mr. R. B. Goenka, Chairman-Energy Cell Forum, to discuss the result of long due pending cases filed by VIA with Competition Commission of India & Appellate Tribunal for Electricity. VIA succeeded in all the cases and Appellate Tribunal for Electricity set aside order of MERC with respect to AEC charges and additional cross subsidy surcharge.
